MISSION STATEMENT


Diagnostic Imaging Associates strives to become recognized as the premier medical imaging provider in the mid-Willamette Valley, by focusing on patient-centered and compassionate care, research-proven imaging modalities and guidelines, and the needs of our referring physicians and patients. This will be accomplished by providing attractive and accessible facilities, hiring committed and qualified staff, and providing a collaborative working environment.

Diagnostic Imaging Associates strives to maintain and increase our value to the medical staff and administrations of the hospitals it serves by actively participating in quality improvement initiatives, leading in the implementation of new imaging services that will improve patient care, and by taking part in their respective medical staff committees.

Services: We provide medical imaging services of the highest standard by maintaining our competence as physicians and technologists through continuing education, by following the standards set by our professional associations, and by responding to the needs of our patients and referring providers. We measure our success by evaluating customer satisfaction, achieving and maintaining accreditation of our services, and following a quality assurance program.

Teamwork: We acknowledge that no single person is responsible for our ability to achieve our stated mission. We are dependent upon the skills and dedication of all our employees to consistently provide high quality, timely, and competitively priced imaging services. We expect all DIA employees to take "ownership" of the imaging center and practice, to adapt to new challenges, and to look for ways to improve the environment and efficiencies of the workplace.
